Ken LeBlanc (owner/president) came to our home and spent a good amount of time going over all the details of having our roof installed. He explained everything in great detail and answered all of our questions. On the day of the installation, Ken himself and his crew arrived as planned and remained on the job until the entire roof was enclosed and completed. When it became apparent that we needed a new roof, there was a lot of trepidation -- the cost, the mess, who to hire!? Luckily I saw a SEASIDE Roofing Company sign on our neighbor's lawn, and I called to see if we could get an estimate. Within 48 hours, I was sent a reasonable estimate that spelled out exactly how the job would be done. The quote was very professional and it beat the other company by a substantial margin. We've never seen a crew work so hard and so well together. Our roof is large and has many angles... a challenging job, for sure. Their work was to perfection. We've received many compliments. And their cleanup of everything after removing the old red cedar shingle roof and putting on a beautiful new 50 year guarantee asphalt shingle roof exceeded all expectations. Great workmanship, reasonably priced, and when I called them back with a post-storm roofing emergency on an old roof (not their work) they had it covered by tarps well before the next onslaught, and kept us dry. Show up on time - work hard - and get it done. When Justin Jacinto was able to get a better price on some of the materials that had initially been priced wrong by his supplier, he got me a new bill and I got 100% of the savings. Ken and his team replaced our roof and did an outstanding job. Ken met with us for a few hours to discuss the job and answer questions while we were making choices about the new roof. The team was competent, respectful and professional. We also needed to replace 5 skylites which Ken guided us through our options and we are very pleased. We were informed of the status of the job often and when the job was finished everything was picked up nicely and put back into place. Ken does a great job supervising the crew and it was very heart warming to see him bring them cold drinks and ice cream because it was such a hot day.
